Determination of non-cytotoxic concentration of aminoguanidine for CEF; CEF growing in 96-well plates were treated with different concentrations of aminoguanidine, four wells per concentration. The test was repeated thrice independently and the mean of the values was used for determining the concentration-dependent cytotoxicity of aminoguanidine.
