  1. The numbering of the sequences was started at the transcription start site. The nucleotide in light blue represent the coding region while the darker blue represents the MAGE homology domain of the protein. N is the number of animals studied. The AA change shown in green are predicted to be neutral to the protein function, while those shown in red are predicted to be deleterious by PROVEAN software
